Terms of service.

By creating an account or otherwise using TradeNewsCast (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operators of TradeNewsCast.

You must be at least sixteen years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Service.

TradeNewsCast aggregates and displays publicly available financial news headlines. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, commodity, or other instrument.

All trading and investment decisions are your own. We are not your broker, dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and we have no duty of suitability, best execution, or care toward your portfolio. Markets are risky. Headlines lag, are revised, and can be wrong. You agree to verify any information before acting on it.

You assume full responsibility for any losses, taxes, or consequences arising from decisions you make while using the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify support@tradenewscast.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account, resell access, or use a single seat across more than one user. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, automated for resale, or otherwise used in violation of these terms.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or remove content at our discretion if we reasonably believe an account is being used to harm the Service or other users.

You agree not to: scrape, mirror, or republish the feed in bulk; circumvent rate limits or authentication; reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code; introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; or impersonate another person or entity.

Light personal use — copying a single headline into a chat with a colleague, for example — is fine. Systematic redistribution is not.

News headlines, summaries, and other content displayed on the Service are sourced from third-party wires, RSS feeds, and licensed APIs. The original publishers retain all rights to their content. We claim no ownership over their words.

The Service itself — including its code, design, terminal interface, voice synthesis, and brand — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service while your account is in good standing.

Feedback you submit (feature requests, bug reports, suggestions) may be used by us without compensation or attribution to improve the Service.

The Service is currently in open beta. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. Performance metrics, latency targets, and uptime figures shown on marketing pages are aspirational and not contractual guarantees.

We aim for high availability but do not promise it. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unexpected failures will happen.

During open beta the Service is free for individual use. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give existing users at least thirty days' notice and an opportunity to continue or cancel before any charge.

We may change features, pricing, or these terms over time. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where reasonable, communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion through your settings or by emailing privacy@tradenewscast.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or for any reason on reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law — will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that headlines will be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. We do not warrant any specific outcome from your use of the Service, including investment performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or lost data — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeNewsCast and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity of TradeNewsCast is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@tradenewscast.com before initiating a formal proceeding.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
