What's actually included?

Every plan unlocks the full product: live newscast stream, prioritized news feed, economic calendar, AI voice alerts, and breaking-news routing. The only difference between plans is how long access lasts.

How does the monthly subscription bill?

$90 charged on signup, then every 30 days through Stripe. You can cancel from billing inside the app at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.

Do fixed passes auto-renew?

Accepted Answer

No. The 2-day and weekly passes end at their expiry time. Buy another from the same page when you need it again.

Can I move between passes and monthly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Passes are one-off purchases, so you can buy one whenever a window matters to you. On monthly, cancel from billing and keep access until the period ends, then go back to passes or resubscribe later.

When does access start?

Accepted Answer

The moment Stripe confirms your payment. Checkout sends you back to the app with the feed unlocked. There is no approval queue, and nobody schedules a call.

Question 6

Can I get a refund?

Email support within 24 hours of purchase and we will refund the charge, as long as you have not used the service yet. Once a pass is in use we cannot refund it, because the feed is delivered live.
